FULLY AUTOMATIC PIPE EXPANDER
- This machine is a special equipment that is designed according to technical requirements given by clients. It can achieve two functions: automatic pipe expanding and automatic leakage detection, mainly including processes such as automatic material loading, automatic feeding, automatic mold clamping, automatic expanding, automatic leakage detecting and automatic material unloading etc. The whole machine performs fully automatic control via PLC, with malfunction warning, malfunction shutdown and malfunction detection functions.
- Body of equipment consists of welded vertical C-type body and traveling beam.
- Mold clamping mechanism consists of upper mold clamping mechanism (fixed) and lower mold clamping mechanism (movable).
- Pipe expanding mechanism consists of lateral double pull rods, fixed beam to install cylinder and opening adjustable traveling beam. Pipe expanding clamp is installed on the end of cylinder piston rod with anti-rotation mechanism. Pipe expanding process is completed when piston rod sticks out.
- Feeding mechanism is cylinder push-pull structure, composite rack is fixed onto the slide on linear guide rail and push-pull cylinder completes the reciprocating action: feeding and material loading.
- Leakage detection mechanism consists of leakage detector and leakage detection head installed on piston rod of pushing cylinder. After pushing cylinder presses the leakage detection head against pipe port during detection, leakage detector can detect automatically.
- Material unloading mechanism consists of automatic material unloading and automatic sorting parts. Before unloading material, automatic sorting system chooses material storage according to results of leakage detection.
